Lemon Bay Glass was a pleasant, positive experience from beginning when I walked into the showroom to ask questions through the delivery and installment to the final phase. Staff gave me the information and suggestions I needed. They were pleasant and helpful. The friendly delivery/installers did a good, timely job and answered questions, and left a clean area. Due to Hurricane Ian, I had a cracked window pane on one of my FL room windows. There was no emergency, just something to be fixed when it could be done. Because I have done business with Lemon Bay Glass before and trusted their service, I contacted them to be added to the repair list. I was added and told it would be 3 to 4 months but if there was a cancellation it me be sooner. Due to a cancellation, my service was sooner and the guys did a great job. I was fully satisfied and highly recommend Lemon Bay Glass.

We purchased shower doors for our bathroom reno. Working with Gina and Marissa made it very easy to get information on options and pricing. An employee came to measure, and was on time and knowledgeable, recommending an appropriate height for the shower space. We hit a little snag when their supplier sent the wrong product (not Lemon Bay's fault - the box was marked nickel but contained chrome fixtures), but it was resolved in reasonable time. The installers arrived on schedule, calling to let us know when they were on their way, and were polite and knowledgeable. And the doors are absolutely beautiful. Highly recommend if you are looking for quality products and service.
