My 78-year-old mother needed a window replaced after Hurricane Ian. Lemon Bay Glass was so helpful in getting to her quickly and fixing it within virtually no time at all. Due to Hurricane Ian, I had a cracked window pane on one of my FL room windows. There was no emergency, just something to be fixed when it could be done. Because I have done business with Lemon Bay Glass before and trusted their service, I contacted them to be added to the repair list. I was added and told it would be 3 to 4 months but if there was a cancellation it me be sooner. Due to a cancellation, my service was sooner and the guys did a great job. We purchased shower doors for our bathroom reno. Working with Gina and Marissa made it very easy to get information on options and pricing. An employee came to measure, and was on time and knowledgeable, recommending an appropriate height for the shower space. We hit a little snag when their supplier sent the wrong product (not Lemon Bay's fault - the box was marked nickel but contained chrome fixtures), but it was resolved in reasonable time. The installers arrived on schedule, calling to let us know when they were on their way, and were polite and knowledgeable. And the doors are absolutely beautiful. Highly recommend if you are looking for quality products and service.

Great Materials - Great Service

I had these guys install two glass enclosures on two of our showers. Mike was the lead guy and was assisted on two different days by Angelo and Paul. Our installation was completed on March 3rd, 2022. My wife and I could not be happier with the installation. First of all we installed two things that are apparently not that common. We had all bronze glass and in one bathroom had an exposed rolling track on top. The products that they put in were definitely not cheap. But they are beautiful and are meant to be there for the long term. So the products are beautiful but it would not be so good if it were not for the expert team that did this job. First Jamie came in to tell us what was possible and what they could do for us. She was great and very patient with us. Then Mike came in to handle the install. All I can say is that this guy is fantastic!! He is an artist. He managed to handle a big change to the install while it was in progress. Everything he did was perfect! Seriously. He did a few things for us to make sure that we would not have any problems down the road. We can say enough about Mike. He is the guy you want to do your install. So here we are a few weeks after the install and we are still totally thrilled with the job that Lemon bay did for us. Thanks, guys for the great work, the great materials, and the great service! I would not use anyone else if I need more work done.

Spectacular Bath Remodel

Spectacular.. from start to finish. I wanted to update my bathroom without spending a fortune. I had the large mirror framed with white edges board over the sinks and shower door changed to simple elegant glass.. no aluminum edge as all one does is clean it!!
Mike was awesome from start to finish-- a talented gentleman with an eye for detail and knowledge. From the showroom to the finish carpenter Mike, they maintained Covid guidelines, came in a timely manner.

Shower Enclosure Repair

I had a problem with my shower with water coming through the door and the side of the door near the wall. I tried having the original glass company that installed it when the house was built to come and repair it. They did a little bit but still, water leaked out. I decided to call Lemon Bay Glass as someone who I bought mirrors from at a craft fair highly recommended them. So I drove over there and they discussed what could be done and they were honest about the fact that they could not guarantee a 100% fix .... but I appreciated their honesty. They said they would call the following week the day before they would come out and so I left. A few days later ....not even, they called and said they had a cancellation could I be available the following day. I could so the next day they came promptly and I had MIKE their installer come. He was very nice and professional and we discussed what I wanted. He made suggestions and showed me what he would do. I was very very happy with the fact that he made quite a few "fixes" and then he asked me to take a look. I came in and was soooo thrilled to see all the things he did to prevent the water from getting out and onto the tile floor. I thanked him and he suggested waiting til the next day for the caulking to dry. Next day my partner used the shower and after he came out I checked for water. THERE WAS NONE...IT WAS BONE DRY!!!! omg!! I thought great, but let me see after another shower. So another one came and I checked again. NONE, NO WATER, NADA, BONE DRY!!!! Well needless to say we are both happy happy campers! No more wet towels trying to dry it up and wet grout spots and just not having to know that every shower is a pain in the butt. So I thank MIKE for his excellent skills and pleasant personality and the icing on the cake.....they charged me a minimal amount that was very very reasonable. This is a company I will always refer people to and if needed I will be a return customer. Thank you again MIKE! Go there you will be a happy customer like myself!
